  • If necessary, lightly moisten the cloth with warm water and wipe it over the leather, avoiding using too much water to prevent damage.

2. Leather hydration

  • Apply a conditioner specifically for natural leather at least once every three months to keep it soft and flexible.
  • Perform this process in circular movements using a clean cloth, allowing the leather to absorb it completely.

3. Avoid excessive exposure to sun and humidity

  • Do not leave your bag exposed directly to the sun for long periods, as the leather may dry out and lose its original color.
  • Avoid getting it wet; if this happens, dry it immediately with a clean cloth and leave it in a ventilated place, but never use electric dryers.

Do you offer a guarantee on the bags?

Yes, we offer a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. It does not cover damage due to misuse or natural wear and tear. Be careful not to scrape or knock your natural leather items against sharp or rough objects such as floors, cement, walls or other rough surfaces, as leather is susceptible to scratches, cuts and peeling, as the color of the leather is applied using paint.
